If I could give this business a 0, I would. I asked ******* to come to our home to fix our AC unit. I was happy to see that they could come the next day, but that unfortunately is the only positive thing that came from this experience. The technician that came to our home had a condescending attitude when I did not know a lot about our unit (I am a new homeowner) and wrote a long list of things that were wrong with out system, despite us paying Constellation for bi-annual inspections and maintenance. At the end of the visit, the only solution they could provide was to spend over $5,000 to replace various parts that "may or may not fix the problem" or consider a new unit. We decided to also get a quote from them on a new unit to cover our bases. The salesman that came to offer a quote had no interest in selling us a unit that would be suitable for our needs, he only offered an $18,000 unit without doing any research. When we said we needed time to think, the salesman became very pushy, saying that the price could go up based on tariffs if we don't make a decision that same day. We finally get him to leave after we told him to come back later after we had gotten a chance to discuss. We called ******* dispatch and told them we did not want the salesman to come back, as we did not appreciate his pushy sales tactics and were told he would be told not to return. At 5pm, he still returned to our home, beating on the door aggressively. After we told him that we would not be purchasing from them, he angrily stormed off shouting at us. After this whole experience, Constellation ended up coming to the home and finding that the issue was only a fuse that went up. The entire experience with Bludot was unprofessional, and after seeing how simple the fix was, we believe that we dodged a bullet with this scam. I do not recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my tune-up appointment 5 separate times the day before and the day of with absolutely no consideration or resolution. The so called general manager, ******, called my personal cellphone only after leaving a negative ****** review and when I have tried returning his calls, he has dodged all my calls. Never has he returned my calls or even heard my voice. They have the nerve to try and get me a new appointment only after paying close to $500 to fix a part on the ** which should have been covered under warranty. I bought a brand new system with them less than 3 years ago for over $12,000 and the parts are already starting to go, of course they are not under warranty. I would not recommend this company even to someone I dislike. They must be under new management because it was never this bad. ***** on this business. Once they collect your money, they could not care less about you. I would never take the time out of my day to waste my time reviewing a place yet here I am. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and if I can save one person from dealing with these headaches, I would be happy.

AVOID BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE! They will try to overcharge you DOUBLE or TRIPLE the appropriate price. For a simple 50-gal water heater installation they quoted me $8,407.00 !!!! That is an insane mark up over what the market price is. The heater costs $1,260 at ****** or **********. The recirculation pump is another $270. What do they charge the other $6870 for?? Labor and miscellaneous parts do not cost that much. For the love of god DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!

When we agreed to the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system, we had no idea that the follow-up would be so difficult. We have scheduled for their team to check the system for cooling issues, and EVERY time this company falls short of guaranteed expectations. EACH time we have scheduled, NO one shows up, and there is NO call to cancel. Today, for the 3rd time (AT LEAST), we have sat and awaited their arrival to no avail. NO one called. NO one showed up. And keep in mind, their windows are 4 hours long. So essentially, in total, we have waited for at least 12 hours only for ARS/*******/Rescue Rooter to undervalue our patronage. Moments ago, upon calling to share our displeasure with this company (AGAIN) and their nonprofessional tactics, they once again rescheduled. ******* whom we have spoken with on previous occasions, assured me that they will be at our home first thing in the morning. At this point, we are thoroughly fed up, completely disappointed, and tired of the lack of follow-through from this company. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Look into any other company, but run far away from this one.
