My wife and I just had our two HVAC systems, including ductwork, completely replaced by Comfort Heating & Air and we could not be more pleased with every aspect of the removal of the old systems and installation of the new systems. We initially met with Dave Borne of the Sales Staff who thoroughly explained the products available, inspected our attic and crawl space (taking many digital images), and recommended the systems and components we would need to meet our requirements. The installation crews were scheduled for the next week and showed up on time and were completely prepared for the job. All four technicians (Quang, Thi, Cody, and Richard) were courteous, highly skilled, and professional throughout the two and a half day installation. They explained what they were doing and answered all questions in an easily understandable way. The crews worked steady, cleaned up during the daily work and outbriefed us on the status of the work before departing each day. The quality of their work was exceptional. We know now that our HVAC systems were properly installed and will be highly efficient and reliable for many years into the future. We could not be more pleased with the professional demeanor of the staff and technicians, skilled workmanship, quality products, and friendly customer service demonstrated by Comfort Heating & Air. Highly recommended!

Installers very good. Only complaint is they didn’t explain anything about the thermostat and how it worked.

I sold my home in July but the inspection revealed two issues which Comfort needed to resolve. Both of the issues involved replacement equipment (a filter and a motor) which were very difficult to locate and obtain in the time frame required. The final inspection took place on July 28th and the buyers were not present, therefore were relying on their realtor to confirm that all repairs were complete. They refused to close until they were satisfied that the work had been done. The purchase of my new home was contingent upon the sale of my existing home and I was very concerned that the situation would prohibit the purchase and cause a litany of major issues. Kayla was responsive, compassionate and worked diligently for at least a full day to locate the replacement equipment and ensure a technician installed the parts prior to the inspection. Chris was the technician. He worked very hard as well and was able to complete the replacements one hour prior to the inspection. I owe Kayla an immense amount of gratitude for taking the time to understand the pressure and uncertainty of my dilemma and caring enough to work until she located the replacement equipment and ensured the replacements were done. I also want to thank Chris for rearranging his day to focus on my home which allowed the inspection to pass and I closed on the home on July 30th as scheduled. It is rare during these tenuous times to receive excellent customer service and Comfort employees truly care about their customers. I will continue to utilize Comfort Heating and Air as well as recommend your organization as often as I can.

Newly purchased home in June, AC stopped working July 2 in the afternoon but started again around 8:30 PM. Hoped problem would disappear... DIDN'T! Same problem afternoon of July 3rd! Cold called Comfort and from the service we received, we are customers for life! Friday LATE afternoon, holiday weekend... tech (Ryan Herbert) arrives around 6 PM and ends up in stifling hot attic for at least 10 minutes. Finds issue and has hopefully solved problem, although he left a quote to replace a part if his solution didn't fix the problem. SUPER impressive young man, no pressure to upsale (which he could have done - I'm a 64 year old female by myself.... no AC on July 4th weekend?? You KNOW I'm not doing without AC!), extremely polite and informative. Thanks Comfort H&A! Your customer contact and service at TOP NOTCH!

The work they seemed to do was pretty good. So far our system works just fine! However, there were quite a few things the techs did that seemed disrespectful. First, they didn’t even introduce themselves and we didn’t know their names. Second, they really didn’t communicate with us during the entire day and it was very difficult to understand them. There was a clear language barrier that made it extremely difficult to understand them especially when we tried to ask any questions. We were essentially kept out of the loop the entire day with what they were doing. Third, we felt there was a lack of communication between the techs and maybe their supervisor or manager. We informed you that another contractor would be present who needed to do floor construction and water heater removal before the new furnace could be installed. The techs seemed to not be aware of this or how long it would take him to work. We communicated prior to today that he would need a few hours to work but the entire time he was working, the HVAC techs were hovering over him while he was trying to work and kept expressing their disapproval of how long his work was taking. This was very disrespectful and hindered the contractors ability to work, especially in a timely manner. Also, the old water heater our contractor still needed parts from was taken from the techs without consulting us. This caused our contractor to incur additional costs when we already had the parts. We’ve communicated that to the company however, we’ve received no response as to why our water heater was taken without consulting us first. Comfort gave us the impression we would’ve been kept more informed about the work being done and that we would easily be able to ask any questions if we had any. After today it seems this was not the case. We are very happy to have a new HVAC system especially before the summer, but neither we nor the contractor had a very pleasant experience with the HVAC techs.
